REFUND POLICY

1. No Refunds

We have a strict no-refund policy on all orders. Once purchased, items cannot be refunded unless damaged during delivery.

2. Damaged Goods

If your product is damaged during delivery, you must:

      ● Email Us with clear photos/videos showing the damage and the unpacking process within 24 hours of receiving the product.

      ● Documentation Requirement: The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

      ● Our team will review the documentation and contact you regarding the next steps.

3. Non-Refundable

Shipping Fees Shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases.

4. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
